These soulless creatures, stripped of their hearts and turned into weapons, are the product of Cipher, a sinister organization manipulating the region from the shadows. With his partner Espeon, Umbreon, and a mysterious girl who can see the darkness within Pokémon, Wes wages a one-man war to purify the stolen souls and shatter Cipher’s grip on Orre.
